I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.
What I Can Do For You
As a certified personal trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own. Training can be fact to face in a private session or in small groups or online!

21 Day Challenge - Returning in 2021
This 21 day program will be hands-on with unique training and nutrition/lifestyle coaching to change habits. It's designed to transform your body, so you must fit the following criteria to apply:
- Positive attitude
- Looking to get into the best shape of your life
- Want to add lean, toned, and firm muscle
- Can dedicate a minimum 60 minutes 3 times per week to exercise
- Are willing to listen, apply our coaching to change your body and outlook on effective fitness
- Don't mind getting your hands dirty and working hard!
- Willing to invest in themselves

Group Personal Training - Currently on hold due to Covid-19
Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!
